Terms and conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of products or the use of services on IstitutoHella.ch, the online shop of Istituto Hella (hereinafter referred to as the website). Online offers for products and services are valid as long as they are visible on the website and while stocks last. The illustrations and information on the website are for illustrative purposes only and are not binding. Istituto Hella accepts no liability for errors or inaccuracies in drawings, images or diagrams on the website.

The prices shown on the website are in Swiss francs. They do not include VAT and packaging and shipping costs, which will be invoiced separately. All orders are payable exclusively in Swiss francs.

Istituto Hella reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The prices invoiced to the customer for the products ordered shall remain those which were in force on the day the order was placed and which appear on the order confirmation.

The products and prices published in the online shop are valid as an offer. This offer is, however, always subject to cancellation conditions due to impossibility of delivery or incorrect price indication.

The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded as soon as the customer sends his order. Receipt of the order is communicated to the customer by means of an automatically generated order confirmation sent to the e-mail address indicated by the customer. Receipt of the automatically generated order confirmation does not imply any confirmation that the product is actually available or can be delivered. The order confirmation simply informs the customer that the order has been received and that the contract is therefore in place, although subject to the condition that delivery is possible.

An order only becomes effective once it has been accepted by Istituto Hella. The placing of an order by the customer implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale to the exclusion of other terms and conditions. Istituto Hella reserves the right to refuse an order from a customer.

The price invoiced is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent to the customer. Subject to special stipulations, all products are payable with the credit cards listed below: EuroCard/MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners.

Complaints relating to defective goods and/or incomplete services as well as returns must only be submitted by the customer directly to Istituto Hella. The existence of such disputes does not release the customer from the obligation to pay the invoice or the full value of the object of dispute.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the goods on delivery. In principle, any items returned incomplete, damaged or dirty will not be taken back. Shipping costs in the event of a return of goods are the responsibility of the customer.

This contract is governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is at the headquarters of Istituto Hella. In case of doubt regarding the interpretation of these General Terms and Conditions, the Italian version shall prevail.
